We specialize in AMR, conveyor, robotic-arm, and sortation systems, delivering end-to-end deployment, system integration, and after-sales support across the Americas.

Our Internship & Trainee Program is designed for students and early-career engineers who are passionate about automation and eager to gain real-world, hands-on experience in both system engineering and robotics implementation.

You’ll join project teams supporting system design, software testing, and on-site robot commissioning. Through mentorship from senior system and field engineers, you’ll gain exposure to multiple disciplines — from system integration and PLC logic to hardware installation and operational troubleshooting. The program combines classroom-style learning, hands-on field training, and cross-border project exposure (US, Mexico, Chile, Brazil).

• ●Support system configuration, interface testing (API, WMS/WCS/WES), and troubleshooting.
• ●Assist in hardware setup and functional validation of robots, sensors, and network systems.
• ●Participate in system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• ●Help prepare system documents, SOPs, and user training materials.
• ●Support on-site go-live and hypercare alongside project engineers.
• ●Conduct data collection and performance analysis for continuous improvement.
• ●Participate in internal technical training and weekly mentoring sessions.

• ●Current student or recent graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Computer, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent).
• ●Basic knowledge of robotics systems, programming, or control logic (e.g., Python, C++, PLC, SQL).
• ●Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• ●Good communication in English (Spanish or Chinese is a plus).
• ●Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
• ●Curious, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
