Taipeng founded PB RoboTech in 2022 with a powerful vision: to bridge the gap between world-class Chinese robotics innovation and the global market.

While many robotics vendors focus primarily on front-end sales and market expansion, Taipeng recognized that sustainable global growth requires something more — the proven ability to deliver, implement, and support systems after the sale.

PB RoboTech was built to fill that gap. Under his leadership, by uniting consultants, engineers and operators sharing the same belief, the company has become a hands-on, results-driven partner that provides end-to-end services — from on-site implementation and system integration to post-sale operation and maintenance. Backed by years of experience across the Americas, PB RoboTech also helps robotics companies strengthen their market presence, build local teams, and increase brand visibility abroad.

Ken

VP of Operations

Ken Chen focuses on project execution, operational excellence, and team development in the field of warehouse automation and robotics. As the VP of Operations at PB Robotech, he oversees the Geekplus Business Unit, managing all aspects of operations including project delivery, on-site implementation, maintenance, and customer support.

With over a decade of hands-on experience in smart logistics and automation, Ken has led numerous large-scale deployments across North America, specializing in full-cycle project management — from kickoff and configuration to commissioning and ongoing service.

Before joining PB Robotech, Ken played key roles in several international automation projects, building a strong track record in cross-functional leadership and technical delivery. Known for his result-driven mindset and operational discipline, he excels in building efficient teams, standardizing workflows, and enhancing delivery performance. Ken believes that execution excellence and continuous innovation are the foundation of sustainable growth, and he is dedicated to positioning PB Robotech as the most trusted automation implementation partner in North America.

Leo

Senior WMS/WES/RCS Expert

Leo is a seasoned warehouse automation specialist with over 10 years of hands-on experience across WMS, WES, and RCS design and implementation. He has contributed to 50+ large-scale automation projects spanning e-commerce, retail, 3PL, manufacturing, and high-density robotics operations.

Leo has worked extensively with end-customers (brand owners), solution vendors, and system integrators, giving him a uniquely comprehensive perspective across the entire automation ecosystem. His expertise covers full-stack warehouse software design, multi-robot orchestration, system architecture, performance optimization, and cross-platform integration.

Recognized as a true domain expert, Leo has delivered high-impact solutions across diverse scenarios including inbound/outbound automation, ASRS, tote-to-person systems, conveyor/sorter networks, and complex multi-system coordination. His technical depth, design rigor, and implementation accuracy have made him a trusted partner in the industry.

Emma specializes in identifying, developing, and empowering technical talent in the field of robotics and intralogistics automation.
As a Certified Geekplus System Instructor, she has selected, hired, onboarded, and trained over 20 professionals, including project managers, system engineers, system consultants, and software PMs across both in-house and contractor teams. With extensive hands-on experience in recruitment and training, Emma has developed practical, project-based frameworks and methodologies for system implementation and delivery.
Her approach focuses on accelerating talent enablement and designing personalized career development paths, helping engineers grow while strengthening organizational capability.

Senior Robotics Engineer

Tony is a robotics engineer with strong capabilities across mechanical design, autonomous systems, and algorithm development. He holds a Master’s degree in Robotics and Autonomous Systems from Boston University and brings hands-on experience in AMR deployment, SLAM-based navigation, ROS2 development, and global path-planning algorithms. Tony has led robot platform design, performed on-site commissioning, and optimized motion-planning frameworks for real-world applications. Yan is a bilingual (Chinese–Spanish) maintenance and implementation engineer based in Chile. He specializes in on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of automation and robotic systems, with strong knowledge of electrical integration and control equipment. Known for his technical precision and effective cross-cultural communication, Yan bridges the gap between overseas teams and local clients, ensuring seamless execution and reliable performance across PB RoboTech’s projects in Latin America.
